Your privacy is important to LeaderScale, Inc. (“LeaderScale,” “we,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of LeaderScale in connection with the LeaderScale Site and the LeaderScale Platform, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. This Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with the LeaderScale Site and the LeaderScale Platform as well as other interactions with LeaderScale.
By using the LeaderScale Site or the LeaderScale Platform, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the LeaderScale Site or the LeaderScale Platform.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it may have changed since your last visit. Continued use of the LeaderScale Site or LeaderScale Platform indicates your understanding and acceptance of any changes posted to the LeaderScale Site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy practices of any Customer Systems or third-party websites to which the LeaderScale Site may link.
Definitions
- “LeaderScale Platform” means the software-as-a-service sales management platform provided by LeaderScale.
- “LeaderScale Site” means https://leaderscale.ai.
- “Customer” means an entity receiving Services from LeaderScale.
- “Customer Systems” means any supported collaboration, CRM, and other systems implemented and used by Customers in connection with the Services.
- “End User” means an individual authorized by a Customer to access and use the LeaderScale Platform.
- “Personal Information” means data that reasonably can be used to identify or describe an individual, such as your name, business affiliation, postal address, telephone number, or email address.
- “Services” means the LeaderScale Platform and associated implementation and training services provided by LeaderScale to Customers.
- “Site Form” means any tool or form on the LeaderScale Site used to request a demonstration, contact LeaderScale, or submit information for any other purpose.
- “Visitor” means any person who uses the LeaderScale Site, including browsing it or submitting a Site Form.
Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from End Users through the LeaderScale Platform, and information collected from Visitors through the LeaderScale Site. In connection with the Services, Customers may elect to use Customer Systems to make information, including Personal Information, available to LeaderScale. Except for information provided by End Users through the LeaderScale Platform or Customer Systems, this Privacy Policy does not cover information provided by End Users to Customers. Information provided through Customer Systems may also be subject to the Customer System's privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies.
Information we collect
We collect your information when you use the LeaderScale Platform (as an End User) and when you visit or use the LeaderScale Site (as a Visitor). We only collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it. You do not need to provide Personal Information to browse the LeaderScale Site. We may collect Personal Information when you use the Platform or Customer Systems, use the Site, submit a Site Form, subscribe to marketing communications, participate in surveys, request information, apply for a position, or otherwise contact us. The types of Personal Information we collect may include your first and last name; home, billing, or other physical address; email address; telephone number; and any identifier that permits us to make physical or online contact with you.
How we use your information
LeaderScale uses your information to operate and improve the LeaderScale Site and Platform and to provide the Services to Customers. These uses include making the Site and Platform easier to use, performing research and analysis to improve our products and technologies, and communicating with you. We may send mandatory service communications such as welcome messages, information updates, technical notices, and security announcements. We may also contact you about other products or services available from LeaderScale and its affiliates.
Sharing of Personal Information
LeaderScale will not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information to others. We share Personal Information with companies working on our behalf, and we will not otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have provided consent.
Third-party providers. We use third parties to collect, analyze, and process information on our behalf, such as enabling Site Forms, handling mailings, providing customer support, hosting, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis. Service providers receive only the Personal Information they need, must safeguard it, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Partners. Some offerings may be co-branded with another company; if you use such an offering, both companies may receive the information collected, and the other company's privacy policy will apply to its use of that information. If you request something from the LeaderScale Site, we use the information you provide to fulfill that request and may share Personal Information with our partners for that purpose.
Compelled disclosures. We may access or disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with the law or legal process, protect and defend the rights or property of LeaderScale, or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users or the public.
Your choices
Opting out. We provide ways to opt out of receiving additional marketing information or having us share your Personal Information with partners. To stop receiving marketing materials such as email, follow the instructions in those materials. This does not apply to administrative or transactional communications.

Cookies and browser information
LeaderScale uses cookies for a variety of purposes. Cookies are small text files placed on a Visitor's device and are commonly used to track web activity and improve the browsing experience. If you only want to browse, you do not have to accept cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default, and you can change your browser settings to refuse them. Third-party vendors, such as Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits; these cookies are not tied to your Personal Information. With or without cookies, the Site keeps aggregate usage data such as IP address, date and time of a request, and referring website, stored in log files for statistical reporting and not attributed to you as an individual.
Safeguarding your information
To protect your information from improper disclosure, LeaderScale uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a secure operating environment. Browsers offer varying degrees of encryption; review your browser's settings for more information. While we are committed to protecting your privacy, no transaction over the internet can be completely secure.
Additional notices
Minors. The LeaderScale Site and Platform are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under 18, please do not provide any Personal Information to LeaderScale. If we learn that we have received information from a minor, our practice is to delete it promptly. If you know of a minor who has provided us information, please contact us.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what Personal Information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information. LeaderScale does not sell Personal Information as that term is traditionally understood. To exercise these rights, submit a request to privacy@leaderscale.ai, specifying the right you wish to exercise. We will confirm receipt within ten (10) days and may require information to verify your identity. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
International residents. LeaderScale is established in the United States and has operations and service providers in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Site or Platform, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and Israel. For transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we take adequate measures such as relying on the European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR including information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. We store Personal Information for 18 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to meet legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations. To exercise your rights, email privacy@leaderscale.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
Miscellaneous
Changes to this Privacy Policy. LeaderScale reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, the revised policy will be posted on the LeaderScale Site.
Links to other sites. The LeaderScale Site may link to third-party websites. Review their privacy policies to learn how they collect and use information.
